In-Range Progression (IRP) Survey Form

The purpose of the IRP Survey is to collect any and all available information affecting  CSUEU- Chapter 314 bargaining unit employees (represented in 2,5, 7 and 9) who have met the eligibility requirement for salary increase as delineated in Article 20 of 2007-2011 CSU/CSUEU collective bargaining agreement.  In addition to, assisting the union with representation, equity issues,  address the constant manipulation of campus procedures, and inconsistent application process at Dominguez Hills.
